Head First

I'm a believer that if you want something, you have to dive in "head first"...

I don't understand the game playing; if you want something, go get it.  But, what happens when you decide not to "play the game" and the game finds you?

It's those moments when you think that all the crazy things that happened in the past; all of the things you settled for; all the dissapointment you endured will no longer happen...

That's when you find it again...

My best advice?  Be proud of how you act or express yourself; and if the one receiving your message decides to play the game?  Move on....

Fresh Start

"You'll find someone when you're not looking."  True.

When you go into something not expecting anything, that's when you'll become pleasantly surprised.  Too often there's dissapointment when you want or need it to work out.  Things should never be that tough.  It should always be fun - granted - there will be some situations that I would excuse as "needing to be worked out" but despite those few, I would say that once the moment has passed, it's time to move on to something better.  A fresh start.  The chance to feel again.  To laugh.  To feel and act shy and awkward.  A first kiss.

It's best to embrace it all and allow yourself to have fun - be you - and let other people be with you without having to be someone else.  You can only try to be someone or something else for so long.
